Pip's Island is a learning game for young children. We designed it to collect nothing.
None. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs that collect data. It works offline.
To remember where each child left off, the app stores on the device only: each child's Pip name and colour, stars, stickers, hats, game progress, daily play time and the app's settings. This never leaves the device through our app.
If Android backup is turned on, the device may include this progress in your own Google account backup so it can be restored on a new phone. This is controlled by your device settings; we have no access to it.
The optional one-time unlock is processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment details. The app only checks with the Play Store app whether the unlock was purchased.
The app is directed at children and complies with Google Play's Families Policy. We do not collect personal information from children (or anyone), there are no ads, no chat and no links out of the app. Purchases are behind a grown-up check.
Remove a child in the Parent Zone, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app to delete everything.
